Welcome to The Whole Self Dating Method by Navigating YOUR World, a program owned and operated by MDF Strategies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing an annual membership (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before subscribing or participating.
1. Participant Conduct
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive and supportive experience. MDF Strategies LLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any program—live, recorded, community-based, or digital—without refund
or forgiveness of remaining payments if:
• You become disruptive or disrespectful to instructors, staff, or other participants;
• You fail to follow program guidelines; or
• You impair the participation or experience of others.
This ensures that all members of The Whole Self Dating Method by Navigating YOUR World community feel supported and respected.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and expect the same from all participants. You agree:
• Not to infringe upon any participant’s or the Company’s intellectual property rights;
• That any confidential information shared by participants or Company representatives is proprietary and belongs solely to the individual or the Company;
• Not to disclose or use such information outside of program-related discussions;
• That all materials, content, and tools provided are proprietary intellectual property of MDF Strategies LLC and may only be used as authorized; and
• That reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
If you violate this section, MDF Strategies LLC may seek injunctive relief to prevent further harm. You are welcome to share your own personal results and takeaways, but you must keep the experiences and statements of others private unless you have received written permission to share.
Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
3. Program Content
Program materials and education are intended for a general audience and do not constitute counseling, therapy, or personalized professional advice.
All materials—including manuals, videos, worksheets, and templates—are for individual use only and may not be shared, sold, or repurposed without written consent from MDF Strategies LLC.
We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in materials. Your personal results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and engagement.
4. Offer, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
The Whole Self Dating Method by Navigating YOUR World is offered as a paid-in-full, annual membership that provides access to program materials, individual and group coaching, and community features for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Payment Terms:
• All memberships are billed annually, in full, at the rate listed on the official checkout page.
• There are no payment plans or installment options.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and supported in your decision to join The Whole Self Dating Method by Navigating YOUR World. If, for any reason, you decide the program isn’t the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
To request a refund, please email michelle@navigatingyourworld.com within the 14-day window using the subject line “Refund Request – Whole Self Dating Method.” Because all payments and cancellations are managed through Stripe, refunds must be processed manually by MDF Strategies LLC.
Refunds will be issued minus the non-refundable Stripe processing fees, which are typically 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction (fees may vary by country or card type).
After the 14-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and your membership will remain active through the end of the current annual term.
5. Automatic Renewal
Annual memberships automatically renew every twelve (12) months unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Renewal fees will be charged to your original payment method unless updated.
• To cancel, email michelle@navigatingyourworld.com before the next billing date.
• You will receive an email reminder 30 days prior to your renewal date, sent automatically via the MemberUp platform.
• If not canceled before renewal, your membership continues for another annual term under the same terms and duration.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
MDF Strategies LLC makes no guarantees regarding personal or relationship outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and consistency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDF Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
7. Force Majeure
MDF Strategies LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, power outages, or government restrictions.
8. No Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice
All content and coaching provided through The Whole Self Dating Method by Navigating YOUR World are for educational and informational purposes only. Participants should seek independent professional advice before making legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic decisions.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
MDF Strategies LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
